Cucumber Onion Dill Dip

You’ll love the garden-fresh flavor of our Cucumber Onion Dill Dip mix. Just blend with sour cream and cream cheese (or real mayonnaise).





Creamy Cucumber Onion Dill Dressing

1 pkg. Cucumber Onion Dill Dip mix
½ cup 2% milk
¾ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream

Combine Cucumber Onion Dill mix and milk. Add salad dressing and sour cream and blend well. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then serve over your favorite salad.

Cucumber Onion Dill Grilling Sauce

½ pkg. Cucumber Onion Dill Dip Mix
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup plain yogurt
Juice from one lime
4-6 salmon fillets or steaks

Combine dip mix, mayonnaise, yogurt and lime juice. Mix well. Grill, broil or bake the salmon or steak. Brush fish or steak with grilling sauce before serving. Serve extra on the side for dipping.

Baked Crab Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 green onions, sliced thin
8 oz. crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
1 Tbsp. Cucumber Onion Dill Dip mix
Chips, crackers, and/or vegetables for serving

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

Cucumber Onion Dill Cheeseball

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
¼ tsp. Cucumber Onion Dill dip mix
Crackers for serving

Blend together cream cheese and margarine until creamy. Add Cucumber Onion Dill dip mix and blend evenly. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. Roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
