Key Lime Sweet Dip

Key Lime No-Bake Cheesecake
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 pkg Key Lime dessert seasoning
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Key Lime gourmet dessert seasoning and sour cream and blend until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.

Floridian Smoothie
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or pineapple juice)
  • 1 banana
  • 4 or 5 strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp Key Lime Seasoning
  • 1 cup ice

Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.

Key Lime Fruit Dip
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 pkg Key Lime dessert seasoning

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and Key Lime gourmet dessert seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with fresh fruit slices.

Key Lime Cheeseball
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp Key Lime seasoning

Mix together cream cheese and butter. Add Key Lime seasoning and blend well. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. (Optional: Roll in coconut or chopped, slivered almonds before serving.) Serve with graham crackers, bagels, or fruit.

Key Lime Tart
  • 1 package Key Lime seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk, warmed
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Combine seasoning, cornstarch and salt in top of double boiler. Gradually whisk in warm milk. Cook over simmering water, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Lightly beat egg yolk in small bowl. Slowly add 1/4 cup hot milk mixture to egg yolks. Mix well and pour egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add butter and stir until butter has melted. Pour into pie shell and chill until set, about 90 minutes. Top with whipped topping.
