Beef Stroganoff Soup

Beef Stroganoff Pot Roast
  • 2 ½-3 lb. Chuck Roast
  • Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning (or Salt & Pepper)
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • Baby Carrots
  • New Potatoes
  • ½ cup Water
  • Rada Beef Stroganoff Soup Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

"Preheat oven to 350 F. Season roast on all sides with Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning. In a heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the roast on all sides. Transfer to a roasting pan and add water. Cover and bake 1 ½ hours. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for an additional hour, or until roast is tender. Remove from oven and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Prepare Rada Beef Stroganoff Soup Mix as directed, excluding the beef. In a small dish, combine corn starch and 1 tablespoon cold water; stir until dissolved. Before removing soup mix from heat, slowly whisk in cornstarch to thicken soup. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour stroganoff sauce over sliced roast or serve on the side. "
