Tuscan Herb Cheeseball

Tuscan Herb Bruschetta
  • 1 loaf baguette bread
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Rada Tuscan Herb Cheeseball Quick Mix
  • 1 zucchini (cut into 3/8 inch round slices)
  • Olive Oil as needed

Preheat broiler to low setting. Slice baguette bread into ½ inch slices. Dip each slice into olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Lightly toast on each side. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil and place under broiler to brown (about 4-5 minutes) Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese with Tuscan Herb seasoning. (Reserve topping for later.) Place a zucchini slice on each of the baguette slices and spoon a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese ball topping over cream cheese mixture and serve.
