Beef Stroganoff Soup

Our Beef Stroganoff Soup recipe makes a delicious dinner in a matter of minutes. Just combine our beef stroganoff mix with ground beef and water. 





Beef Stroganoff Pot Roast

2½-3 lbs. chuck roast
Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning 
1 tsp. olive oil
½ C. plus 1 T. water, divided
New potatoes
Baby carrots
Rada Beef Stroganoff Soup Mix
1 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. sour cream or more to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F. Season roast on all sides with Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning. In a heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil and brown the roast on all sides. Transfer to a roasting pan and add ½ cup water. Cover and bake 1½ hours. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for an additional hour, or until roast is tender. Remove from oven and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Prepare Rada Beef Stroganoff Soup Mix as directed, excluding the beef. In a small dish, combine corn starch and 1 tablespoon cold water; stir until dissolved. Slowly whisk the cornstarch into the soup to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour stroganoff sauce over sliced roast or serve on the side.
