Key Lime Sweet Dip

Get the taste of paradise with our Key Lime Sweet Dip. Mix with sour cream and cream cheese for a light and creamy dip for fruit graham crackers.





Key Lime No-Bake Cheesecake

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. Key Lime Sweet Dip Quick Mix
½ cup sour cream
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
1 (9") graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Key Lime mix and sour cream and blend until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.

Floridian Smoothie

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
¼ cup orange juice (or pineapple juice)
1 banana
4 or 5 strawberries
3 Tbsp. Key Lime Sweet Dip mix
1 cup ice

Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.

Key Lime Fruit Dip

8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Key Lime Sweet Dip mix
Fresh fruit

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and Key Lime Dip mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with fresh fruit slices.

Key Lime Cheeseball

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. + ½ tsp Key Lime Sweet Dip mix
Coconut or slivered almonds, chopped (optional)
Graham crackers, bagels, and/or fruit

Mix together cream cheese and butter. Add Key Lime Sweet Dip mix and blend well. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. Roll in coconut or almonds before serving, if desired. Serve with graham crackers, bagels, and/or fruit.

Key Lime Tart

1 package Key Lime Sweet Dip mix
¼ cup cornstarch
⅔ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups milk, warmed
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (9") graham cracker crust
1 cup whipped cream

Combine dip mix, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler. Gradually whisk in warm milk. Cook over simmering water, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. In a small bowl, lightly beat egg yolks; slowly add ¼ cup of the hot milk mixture. Mix well and pour egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add the butter and stir until melted. Pour into pie shell and chill until set, about 90 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
